Before we get started, we'd like to learn a little about you and your health management needs. This helps us make sure Cara is a good fit for your situation. It takes about 5 minutes.

We keep your screening answers for 12 months so we can review an appeal or a later application, then we delete them. We keep only anonymous counts by quarter, with nothing that could identify you. Only the Cara operator can see them. They are not shared with anyone.
